My Review

USI wireless is probably one of the worst internet provider I have ever seen. I was really hoping that a small time company that wasnt Comcast or Qwest could really wow.... I was greatly disappointed. Where does one begin? We could start with the horrible costumer service, or the fact that your internet dies almost every ten minutes, or maybe the crappy modem they send but claim to basically not have any affiliation to. 1st, You cant game online at all. 2nd, Downloads are quite a hassle. 3rd Costumer support does not know what the hell they're doing. I called to ask why the internet was down and they failed to help until I threatened to report the boy to his darn supervisor. 4th, They charged my card even after our contract ending forcing us to carry on with them. 5th, The internet dies on the Ruckus Modem basically every time it rains, sleets, or snows. 6th, I love USI like I love the littlest puppy, its cute at first but eventually it because very very annoying. I like the thought of local internet for the city and I think it will be great once it works. But for now USI should be working out its kinks instead if sitting back and doing a few maintenance updates here and there. If I had to give advice it would be this, work on making the your internet services console friendly and you will be picking up almost every gamer in the city of minneapolis.
