Notoriety
MSP is known for other things besides flights.MSP was used to film the airport scenes in the movie Airport.
And most recently, MSP was the scene of the infamous Larry Craig incident. The 2007 arrest of the Idaho Senator for lewd conduct in a men's restroom at the airport was national news and career ending for the Senator, and has been a subject of humor in Minnesota ever since.
