Lula's Vintage WearItems are grouped by style and type at Lula's, making shopping so much easier. Garments are usually mint condition, and prices are can be jawdroppingly low.

RagstockOnce purely vintage, now Ragstock has bargain priced modern clothes for sale too. In fact the whole store is a budget-shoppers dream. Ragstock has several locations across the Twin Cities.

Sophie Joe's EmporiumFilled with antiques and retro items of all types as well as vintage clothing, from around 70 dealers. The vintage wares are well organized, with accessories, shoes and hats dominating, but there's plenty of clothing too. It's far enough from Uptown to maximize your chance of grabbing a find before some other fashionista does.

Succotash VintageSuccotash specializes in furniture from 1950s to the 1970s, with the best of the modernist style to the most kitch kitchenalia you ever saw. A small but well chosen selection of retro clothes compliments the housewares.

Tatters ClothingTatters Clothing is one of the largest vintage clothing stores in the Twin Cities. A vast selection of men's and women's styles, predominantly from the 1970s, with some modern styles thrown in too. Plenty of denim, bowling shirts, logo t-shirts and disco dresses.
2928 South Lyndale Avenue
Up SixYou'll have to visit to find out how it's possible for Up Six to fit so much stuff into such a skinny storefront. Kitch furniture and housewares fill one room, and vintage clothes pack the other. Lindsay Lohan bought a shirt here while filming a movie in Minnesota.
157 North Snelling Avenue
Via's VintageThe magenta and black storefront in Uptown is a giveaway as to how glamorous this store is. Clothes, shoes, accessories for men and women, from the 1890s to the 1980s, all mint condition and priced accordingly. Being in Uptown, it attracts plenty of customers to dig through the threads. But there's so much to browse through, you are bound to find some irresistible little number. The best place to find vintage formal wear: the 1950s Audrey Hepburn styles and 1960s cocktail dresses are simply gorgeous.
