Nine is a maternity clothing consignment store in the Windom neighborhood of Minneapolis. They only sell maternity clothing, much is chain-store brands but there are some higher-end items. Hot Mama
With several locations in the Twin Cities, Hot Mama is a superstore of fashionable maternity clothes, and regular clothes, aimed at 20- and 30-something mothers and mothers-to-be. Lots of items from labels such as Michael Stars, Japanese Weekend, and materniy jeans from designer labels like Citizens of Humanity.An in-store play area, and toys in all the fitting rooms, are very helpful if you are shopping with older children as well as a bump.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and delight in helping you pick out something that makes you and your bump look wonderful.
Expecting Uber Baby
At the east end of the Galleria in Edina, Expecting Uber Baby sells designer maternity wear, such as Liz Lange and Three Dots. They sell pretty nursing bras too. There's also maternity athletic wear, so you can be pregnant, work out, and look stylish all at the same time. Who knew that was possible!The store also has a play area if you have older children, so you can browse in relative peace.
The Uber Baby store is also in the Galleria, for baby clothes, and there's an Uber Outlet in Minneapolis with new, sale-priced and consigned maternity and baby clothes.

A Pea in the Pod
The high-end maternity chain store A Pea in the Pod has a boutique in Edina's Galleria. If you want designer maternity denim, or a maternity dress for a special occasion, this is the store to go to. They sell maternity basics, workwear and activewear from upscale designer labels. A Pea in the Pod

Gap Maternity
There's a GapMaternity store at the Mall of America, and another one at the Rosedale Shopping Center. Nice for basics, smart-casual workwear, and they often have good sales on end-of-season items.Motherhood Maternity
National chain Motherhood Maternity sells budget-priced maternity and nursing wear. Some hip maternity clothing stores have taglines like "why restort to sweatpants just because you are pregnant?" Yes, it's nice to look fashionable when expecting, but it's also nice to have something comfortable to wear around the house too. Enter trusty Old Navy Maternity for bargain-priced sweatpants, loungewear, and regular clothes too.Several locations across the Twin Cities, including at the Mall of America.
Nu Look Consignment

Liz Lange at Target
Liz Lange's main maternity line is sold at high-end department stores (like A Pea in the Pod) but Target carries a much more affordable selection of clothes from the designer. Nice office wear and smart dresses for a working mom-to-be, and casual clothes too. It is often deeply discounted in their sales.Most Target stores sell nursing bras.
