The City of St Paul doesn't collect yard waste. Instead, whoever your garbage hauler is will collect leaves and yard waste. Fees vary between trash haulers and some will require you to call ahead to arrange collection of yard waste.

Or, you can bring your leaves to a Ramsey County collection site. It's free to bring leaves (and some other yard waste) to the waste collection sites. There are seven sites in Ramsey County, including two in St. Paul, in Midway and Summit Hill. Proof of residence in Ramsey County is required. The sites are only open until November, weather permitting, so bring your leaves as soon as possible.
