11. Battle Creek Family Aquatic Center, Maplewood

Battle Creek outdoor waterpark is near the St Paul-Maplewood border, and is operated by Ramsey County Parks. The waterpark has two pools with a lily pad walk, water slides, water toys and water slides, and a sand beach. Admission is $6.50, or save money by buying a ten admission punch card. The park is open from June until August.

12. Highland Park Aquatic Center, St. Paul

The City of St. Paul operates Highland Park Aquatic Center in St. Paul. The park has an aquatic rock wall, Olympic sized swimming pool, diving boards, water geysers, water slides and a splash pad. The Highland Park Aquatic Center is open from late May until Labor Day.

13. Tropics Indoor Water Park, Shoreview

This indoor park, in Shoreview Community Center, has plenty to keep little kids and tots entertained for hours. The pool has water slides, a zero-depth entry pool, fountains, water toys and a water walk. Tropics Indoor Water Park is open year-round.

14. Kelley Park, Apple Valley

Kelley Park in Apple Valley has a free, outdoor sprinkler park, a large dry play area, all surrounded by grassy lawns, then very immediately surrounded by big box stores and construction of more big box stores.
