November 27, 28, 29: Taylors Falls Lighting Festival Santa Parade, wagon rides, Christmas houses, reindeer, three craft fairs and shopping specials at local businesses in Taylors Falls, a historic village one hour north of the Metro area.
November 27, 28, 29: Holidazzle Parade The 18th annual Holidazzle parade begins on Thanksgiving weekend, and continues every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights through December 21. Floats, costumed characters and marching bands parade down Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis. Free.
