March 6 - March 8 : The Winter Bluegrass Weekend Featuring over fifty bands, plenty of room to dance, instrument exhibitions and workshops.

March 7 : Subway Bed Race for Bridging 5,000 children sleep on the floor every night in the Twin Cities. Join in Subway's annual bed race at Buck Hill's tubing hill in Burnsville to raise money for Bridging, a local non-profit organization that distributes free beds, furniture and household goods to families in need.
March 8 : Urban Expedition: Mexico The popular free family entertainment returns to the Landmark Center, this time visiting the culture of Mexico with food, dance, performance and activities.
