St. Paul Public Libraries, and Ramsey, Scott, Carver, Dakota, Anoka and Washington County libraries are closed on Martin Luther King Day.

The City of Minneapolis observes Martin Luther King Day and city offices will be closed - as will city offices in St. Paul, and most other city offices in Minnesota.

Some Minnesota Schools will be closed. Martin Luther King Day is a no-school day in Minneapolis Public Schools, and in St. Paul Public Schools.
