Who are the Minnesota State Representatives?

Minnesota has eight Representatives in the United States House of Representatives.

Tim Walz is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 1st congressional district, which covers much of Southern Minnesota, including Rochester and Mankato. He is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

John Kline is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 2nd congressional district, which covers the south of the Twin Cities metro area, including Burnsville, Eagan, Apple Valley, Cottage Grove, Shakopee, Hastings and Red Wing. He is a member of the Republican Party.

Erik Paulsen is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 3rd congressional district, which covers the west of the Twin Cities metro area, including Edina, Minnetonka, Bloomington and Eden Prairie. He is a member of the Republican Party.

Betty McCollum is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 4th congressional district, which covers St. Paul, Roseville, Shoreview, White Bear Lake and Maplewood. She is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

Keith Ellison is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 5th congressional district, which covers Minneapolis, St Louis Park, and some of Minneapolis' northern suburbs. He is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

Michele Bachmann is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 6th congressional district, which covers the northwest of the Twin Cities metro area, including Stillwater and part of Woodbury, the northern suburbs including Blaine and Andover, and the area northeast of the Twin Cities including St. Cloud. She is a member of the Republican Party.

Collin Peterson is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 7th congressional district, which covers the northwest part of Minnesota. He is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.

Jim Oberstar is the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 8th congressional district, which covers the northeast part of Minnesota including Duluth. He is a member of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party.
