    A. Minneapolis and St. Paul are always rated highly in surveys of the best major cities to live in the US. There's a lot of great things about the Twin Cities like arts, education, sports - and some not-so-great things, like winter, mosquitoes and sports. (Our local professional teams have had, well, mixed fortunes lately).

    There's always a lot to think about when moving to a new city, so come and put your questions to the locals here.

  4. Q. Where are the best neighborhoods in Minneapolis or St. Paul to live?
    A. The "best" neighborhood is different for everyone. Do you want a quiet residential neighborhood, or lots of nightlife? Do you want to live in a charming old house or a brand new condo? Minneapolis and St. Paul's nieghborhoods have something of everything.
