The St. Paul Winter Carnival, held in the depths of winter, starts this week on January 24 and runs through February 3. All the traditional entertainment - snow sculptures, parades, ice carving, and parties and events with the Vulcan Krewe and Klondike Kate - are scheduled. This week, the Red Bull Crashed Ice qualifier is held on January 24-26, the King Boreas Grand Day Parade starts at 2pm on Saturday January 26, plus much, much more.
