Sure, we've all seen Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, rendered terrifying in no small part due to the spine chilling soundtrack. A fact not lost on the Minnesota Orchestra, who will be celebrating Halloween eve with a big screen showing of Psycho, accompanied by the Orchestra playing the original Bernard Herrmanm score. Tickets are $25-65.

Psycho at the Minnesota Orchestra, October 30 at 8 p.m.

The Lundstrum Center in Minneapolis is holding two workshops where you can learn the choreography of the dance in Micheal Jackson's awesome Thriller video. There's one workshop for teens on October 21, and a second for adults on October 23.

What can you do with your new Thriller skills? Recruit your friends and entertain at any or all Halloween parties on your calendar for sure. Or make like the Minneapolis Flash Mob, who staged a performance of Thriller during last weekend's Zombie Pub Crawl. Believe it or not, their performance was actually noticed in all the other zombie-related mayhem.
