This weekend, the Altered Esthetics gallery in Northeast Minneapolis opened their fifth annual Bike Art exhibit. The show has works celebrating two wheeled transportation in photography, painting, screen-print, and installations.
Bike Art V runs from now until June 24 at Altered Esthetics.
And then next month, the Tour de Fat bike and mayhem festival returns to Minneapolis. New Belgium Beer, bicycles, vaudeville acts, and a funeral for one commuter's car whose owner traded it in for a new bike.
The Tour de Fat is at Loring Park on July 10.
