Today's snow is perfect for an impromptu dessert: snow ice cream. Here's how.
Set a large mixing bowl outside to fill with falling snow, or if the fresh snow is deep enough, scoop up the clean snow on the top into a bowl. To your bowlful of snow, mix in half a cup of sugar, and two teaspoons of vanilla essence. Then gradually add milk and stir until you get a creamy consistency, it should take half a cup of milk or a little more. Eat immediately.
Vanilla snow ice cream is the classic flavor, but you can mix in any flavor you like - try cocoa powder, berries, sprinkles, or strawberry syrup.
