The tornado that ripped through the north-east suburb of Hugo on Saturday afternoon destroyed 50 homes, damaged hundreds more, and claimed one life - a two-year old child. Several more are hospitalized with serious injuries.
The Twin Cities Chapter of the Red Cross has opened a center in Hugo, at the Oneka Elementary School.
