1. Cities & Towns

Our spring weather is traditionally rather tempestuous, so indoor activities may still be in your plans for a while to come. Minneapolis and St. Paul have a wealth of museums, galleries, and historical sites and many can be visited for free, thanks to your local library.

The Museum Adventure Pass is a free pass available from libraries across the Twin Cities metro area, and each pass admits two or four people to one of the participating attractions for free. There's no catch - anyone with a library card may check out a Museum Adventure Pass. Attractions include the Walker Art Center, the Bakken Museum, the Firefighters Hall and Museum, and 17 others too.
