Can Minnesota Swarm Win the East Division Title?

Tuesday April 22, 2008
Concluding another great season, the Minnesota Swarm's last home games of the season against the Chicago Shamrox will be played this week.

The Swarm are already in the playoffs. If they win both games, they will be the league's best finishers, win the East Division title, and be the top seeds in the playoffs. The top seeds have home turf advantage throughout the playoffs, and will host the Champion's Cup on May 17 and 18. If they loose one or both of the games, they can still end up as top seed, depending on the results of several other games: but it will make for a nail biting weekend for Swarm fans.

They play at the Xcel Center in St. Paul on Friday 25, and the final game is in Chicago on Saturday 26. The first 10,000 fans attending the game at the Xcel Center on Friday will receive a free Swarm team poster, so go and help cheer the Swarm to a home win!
