The start of another great Twins season? A 3-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Monday starts the baseball season nicely. Carlos Gomez, making his debut for the Twins, was the star of the game with two hits, two runs and two steals, and Livan Hernandez threw seven innings for the win.
The next three games of the series against the Angels are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, followed by three more home games against Kansas City, then the Twins are off to Chicago on Monday 7 April to play their deadly rivals, the White Sox. Go Twins!
