Done Easter Egg hunts? Too full of candy to eat an Easter Brunch? Why not go and visit a real chicken?
The Wild Rumpus Bookstore in Linden Hills is home to a real-life free range chicken, who lays dear little eggs for customers to admire. It's also home to a mini-zoo of ferrets, mice, cats and chinchillas. The store is closed on Easter Sunday, so I'm sure Alice the chicken will have lots of visitors today on Easter Saturday!
Minnesota Zoo is open all weekend, and is currently showing off it's newest babies. Take your little ones to visit chicks, piglets, lambs, bunnies and more farm babies. Peter Rabbit will be at the Minnesota Zoo on Easter Sunday, and the farm babies will be at the Zoo every day until April 13th.
